Waitress misty was wonderful. Service and food were both great

Large cheese and pepperoni plus 20 wings ridiculous price of 56 which started at 31.50. 1.00 extra for crispy,1.25 for saucy which weren't saucy at all,1.50 for three mushrooms on 2 pieces of the pizza and about 10 tiny pieces of onion on 2 pieces also which was another 1.50. Waitress claims owners goes over bills before customer gets them. For that price could of got delivery from else where and food would of been of better quality and cheaper. Will never return AGAIN!

Hot wings were hot but very dry, like they were under a warming light. Not at all saucy. French Fries were good.

Ordered a few subs and some chicken wings. All the food was really good, better than I expected for sure for a little place. Only issue was that the driver forgot to bring my 2liter with the order but he went back and got it.

If I could rate it no stars I would. My family and I went there yesterday evening for dinner. The slice of pizza my son wanted was cold and dry. I ordered a chicken finger sub and when I cut it in a smaller piece, it was green inside! I dont know if it was mold or what. They made me a new one, it seemed alright I guess. I was told they will check their cooler tomorrow because thats never happened before. Shortly after I ate I have been feeling sick and I'm having stomach issues. What a waste of 32$ no discount or nothing. I will never ever be back there again! They obviously don't care.

BEST meatballs in Buffalo hands down. Jacobi’s is the only place i order spaghetti & meatballs from besides Chef’s ❤️

Women's restroom was so tiny and and not real clean. Men's restroom was dirty and urinal didn't work. Booths we're crooked, and plastic upholstery was hard and cracked. Table had a big chunk cracked out of it. Pizza... crust was so thin and flimsy, sauce was very bland, cheese was very greasy. Had to ask for napkins, waitress kept taking salad plates, without asking just because we started to eat the pizza. When we paid the bill, the waitress said, "thank you" without asking if we wanted the change. She just assumed her tip was 35 percent. Place is old and it really showed. Not happy with anything, except the pop and water.

I suggest you look up crime for this block. Besides having disgusting food you will realize why you should never go there.

We ordered the Small Pack which is Large Pizza and Double Wings. Pizza was ok, but a lot of dry patches no cheese or pepperoni. They hadn't got their order of wings in so gave us 10 Wings and 10 Fingers. We ordered the Wings and Fingers Medium, well the Wings came with no sauce the waitress said that's our Medium. I said but there's sauce on the Fingers. So the Fingers tasted better than the Wings. Ive been there twice since June and both times the Pizza and Wings were disappointing. My friend enjoyed them but she is eazy to please with Pizza and Wings. I grew up in South Buffalo and Know Pizza and Wings. Jacobbi's use to be one of the best but not anymore. Next time I'm over that way I'll go further to Abbott, Bella's, Imperial, or Mineo's.

I came in after a hard days work, and the food was pretty good but the waitress was amazing!! Really brightened my day, I believe her name was Missy, and she was by far the greatest part of my time there!!

I ordered two steak subs one was steak mushrooms and onions dry! The 2ns sub was supposed to b dry with steak green peppers mush onions and mozzarella cheese ...ya BOTH subs were wrong! We clld to complain and the manager starts swearing at my husband dropping the F bomb and everything! I understand u don't hv to even hv a high school education to work in a pizzaria but u hv to b pretty ignorant to mess up and not only not accept responsibility but to curse out your customers! This was the first time ordering and the LAST time!

Love it here.... family business been in the area for years. Food is great, soup keeps us coming back. Waitresses are always welcoming and friendly.

Terrible service! Place an order and we're told it'll be ready in 45 minutes! Get a call 10 minutes before the pickup time and told we ran out of what you ordered! So I ordered something else! When showing up it wasn't even started!!! Walked out!

Terrible. Asked for honey mustard wings got home and there was honey mustard on 2 wings out of 15. Wings were dry. Will not return.

I wouldn't even give this place a star if it allowed me to. The service is terrible the waitress seems to be some type of high. There was hair in our salad and the only thing she did was say sorry??? Rediclious this place shoukd be shut down by the health department!!!

Stopped here because we were in the area and I like small Italian places. Our food Eggplant parmesan, Stuffed shells special and chicken fingers. Took FOREVER for our food to come out. Food was pretty good but on the expensive side. Server was friendly. Booths are in need of repair and place has a retro feel. Over 50 minutes to get main meal is way too long for us being the only customers.

I would have given this 5 stars except for the TVs. There are 4 of them. The waitress did lower the volume on one of them. I first asked for it to be turned off. I brought nieces and nephews and it was hard for them not to watch TV vs. visit with the family. Other than that they had great pizza, service, and I love the cozy feel to the place.

Good food good value

Absolutely dissatisfied. My husband and I ordered today (5/4/17) at 4:45pm 2 large pizzas & 50 wings. We were told 30 minutes. We get there at 5:30pm & they tell us it hasn't even been put in the oven after we just paid for our food ($65) offered free delivery & a free 2 liter, told us it'll be there in 30 to 45 minutes. Kids were hungry waiting by the time we got it a hour later they were ready for bed and barely wanted to eat by then. On top of that the wings were cold. Wish they would of compensated money off over a 5 minute drive and $3 pop.. our business will be elsewhere. Absolutely upset.

This place is seriously going down hill. This is a restaurant that I used to go to frequently, until recently the past few times have been horrible. 5pm on a Friday night and they ran out of Fish Fries. So I ordered a pasta dinner that comes with rolls, as my food came out I requested the rolls. (It was an hours time since arrival that we were given our food) 20 minutes later the rolls still did not make it to my table. The waitress then asked if I wanted a box, and I told her that i wanted the rolls, that’s why I didn’t eat yet. She went to the kitchen and came out with another tables food (a 6 top, which took another 5 minutes.) I then had to ask again. No sympathy either! My guest was already finished with their meal. Either they need to train their waitresses better, or have the manager fix problems when they arise. Will not be returning anymore.

If they answer their phone they would get more business.

The health department should shut them down! All employees smoke in the kitchen, near raw foods, and the place is a rat trap. Food is hit or miss and the service is awful.

It was a bit noisy the last time we were there, but the taste of the pizza and wings made up for it.

Great service, excellent food. Been going to Jacobis for years. If you want either a pizza & wings or something else of an Italian meal this is the place to go in South Buffalo.

HUGE LET DOWN..... ordered a royal sub.. there was meat ... a sausage paddy and one super thin piece of capicola so thin it was barely seen .. ... huge let down :(

They smoke cigs next to the food. Nasty...
